Talk to us

Trial runs the takeoff spreadsheet only, so you can see the extraction on a real bid before committing.

What’s in each plan.

The toolset doesn’t change between paid plans. Volume, seats and the team features do.

The math

One outsourced takeoff costs more than a month of Pro divided fifty ways.

Outsourced takeoff, per bid$200–500Pro, per takeoff at 50/mo$10Re-run after an addendumIncludedTurnaroundYours, not a queue

The comparison that matters isn’t software against software — it’s against what the takeoff costs you today, in fees or in estimator hours. Run your own numbers in the ROI calculator.

Billing questions

Before you pick a plan.

Anything else, ask on the call — we’d rather answer it against your own bid volume than in the abstract.

What counts as a takeoff?+

One takeoff covers a typical Division 11 bid — up to about 100 items. That’s one bid package, however many files it arrives as: a project manual, a drawing set and the sheets that came with them count once, nested zips and scanned sheets included. An unusually large bid may use an additional takeoff. Re-running the same project after an addendum does not count again, and neither does editing, re-exporting or re-sending quote requests on a takeoff you already have.

What happens when I hit my limit?+

We’ll let you know when you’re getting close. If you regularly exceed your limit, the next plan up is the right fit — and we’ll make sure you’re never locked out mid-bid.

What if I need to cancel?+

No long-term contracts. Cancel anytime and keep access through the end of your current billing period. Your takeoff history, rep groups and MFR mappings stay exportable, so you never lose your data.

Are there setup fees or onboarding costs?+

No. Setup is the rep-group and MFR mapping, and we do that with you at no charge — send your catalog export and rep list and we’ll have it configured before your first bid. Pro Plus adds dedicated onboarding for multi-branch dealers, quoted with the plan.

Do users share projects, or is each seat separate?+

Shared. Everyone under the same account sees the same projects, rep groups and MFR lookups from Team up, and edits are captured with version history so nothing gets lost when two estimators work the same bid.

Pick the plan after you’ve seen it run.

Send a real bid package and your rep list. We run the takeoff and walk the output with you — then the plan is an easy call.

Division 11 takeoff software for foodservice equipment dealers. SmartTakeoffs is a self-serve Division 11 40 00 takeoff platform built for commercial foodservice equipment dealers. It reads bid documents, identifies equipment, routes manufacturers to rep groups, drafts quote-request emails, produces install estimates, and flags custom fabrication for quote — and the output drops cleanly into the quoting software your team already uses. We write about the bid workflow this product was built around: the hidden cost of manual Division 11 bid prep, outsourcing versus automating, why takeoff software hasn’t caught up to other trades, and surviving addendum season on school bids.
